Medical Undewriter

1. KEY Performance Indicator :
Medical Underwriter will do risk selection that aligned with company’s objectives on process standards and service levels.
2. Reporting Structure :
Medical Underwriter will report to Medical Underwriter Leader.

Regular Tasks:
1. Risk Selection
Conducts risk selection and classifications for a broad range of standard and non-standard cases and ensure adherence to underwriting authorities
2. Relationship and communication
Builds and maintains relationship with internally and externally team to ensure that the company’s objectives are being met, such as medical provider, and the reinsurers.
3. Development and Training
Conducts basic underwriting/sharing knowledge for Relation Officer and/or field underwriters/agents as needed.

Bachelor degree from any major (medical will be preferred)
At least has/join life insurance professional such as AAMAI/FLMI
Fluent in English and Bahasa
At least 3 years’ experience as medical underwriter
Demonstrate good team work and customer orientation.
Strong computer literacy.
